History counts. We always work towards historic accuracy in our work, especially if it’s being installed in a school. We learned that the armor shielding his lower legs were pressure-fit (no straps like you see on Brad Pitt in “Troy!”), the leather strips of his skirt are designed to deflect glancing blows, and the bronze armor that covers his torso was expensive and was typically passed down from father to son.
